Cisco 3845 T1 CAS Guard Timer to IVR

We have a Cisco 3845 router that has a T1 connection to an IVR. This T1 is set up as a T1 CAS in UCM (8.6), The vendor is looking to see if we have some kind of trunk guard timer to ensure a timing gap between disconnect and sending of the next call on the T1 channels. I don't see a way to set that up although I do have a guard-timer command on the controller interface. But not sure if that setting is what I need. Configuration is below.

.

Any ideas?

controller T1 0/2/1

framing SF

clock source internal

linecode ami

cablelength long 0db

ds0-group 1 timeslots 1-24 type e&m-wink-start

description IRVOICEDEV

CRTPSTN1(config-controller)#?

Controller configuration commands:

guard-timer    Guard timer (0-20) for xcsp calls - timer duration and

                 accept/reject on expiry

I could configure it like this "guard-timer 4 on-expiry accept" but not sure this is the timing gap that we're looking for. Not much information on this command on Cisco's site. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Most timers are configured under voice-port, not controller.
