Cisco 3905 ip phone working in NEC Univerge SV8100

Hello team,

 

One of our customer have NEC Univerge SV8100.i need to add Cisco 3905 and 6905 phones and make working..

how can we do that??

Any document regarding that??

kindly help??

That is also a SIP phone. Any SIP phone should be supported, as long as your PBX supports SIP (which does).

If the PBX supports SIP then, yes, the Cisco 3906 should be able to register. You will just have to serve the appropriate configuration file through the TFTP server to the 3905. Find a sample SIP configuration file for a Cisco 3905 and adjust accordingly.

 

The second model you are referring to is not valid. In general, Cisco 69xx IP phones can be loaded with SIP firmware, so you will have to act the same way.

That is also a SIP phone. Any SIP phone should be supported, as long as your PBX supports SIP (which does).

Can you please explain briefly the process of adding Cisco SPA 303 in NEC and make voice calls..

We need to do any configuration in NEC.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with NEC IP PBXs. You should look into the PBX's configuration guide.
