Cisco 3905 phones not registering after Cable test

We have a several Cisco 3905 phones that will not register after running a Cable Test via the Meraki MS250-48LP. The phones are powered up but not go thru the bootup process after the test. The phones can be physically un-plugged and plugged back into the same port and still will not register.  We can move them to a different port on the Meraki Switch and they register.  Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Ultimately found that there is a know issue with Meraki Switches and devices with 100M interfaces.  When a cable test is ran from the Switch.

I am no expert with Meraki but I see this behaviour with Catalyst switches.  
Reboot the Meraki switch and the ports should be good.  I suspect the bug is due to TDR process crashing.
