I have just purchased a new 'Cisco 561 wireless single headset, Standard Base Station EU' and I cannot pair the headset to the base station. I have followed the instructions to power off the headset and then place in the base station but that does not work. The leds on the base station all flash. I have updated the firmware on the base station to '2-3-0201-1' but that has made no difference.
Can anyone help with this? It should be simple but I can't do it.
