Cisco 562 Headset USB not detected computer

My Cisco 562 Headset USB  is not detected computer. I already tried it on another computer and it worked fine. I removed the drivers (even the hidden drivers) and still had the issue. Is there some type of uninstaller / process I can do to remove corruption that is being caused so I can use this headset again?

I had similar problems and by using this guide (last section under "Reinstall the Windows driver") seemed to get it to work:
Troubleshoot Cisco Headset 5XX Series - Cisco
I now got the microphone back as a device but I still had no sound and couldn't even select another audio source in WIndows.
