Trying to connect a Cisco 562 SB to 8851-k9. Receiving error of "Cisco 562 sb has been detected but is disabled by the administrator". Phone Config, Enterprise Phone Config, and Common phone config all have the USB port Enabled.
If I use a third party (plantronics device) in the usb port it will work fine. But any cisco usb Headset or base I plug in gives me a error of "detected but is disabled".

Have you installed the latest firmware for the phone? The Cisco 562 and 561 headsets require at least: cmterm-88xx.12-5-1SR1-4.

Updating the firmware (12.5) fixed the issues with the Cisco headsets. This however created issues with our third party headsets not operating as they should. We then had to roll those back to the previous firmware.

Does this headset works with 8961 series phones, am trying to find out the compatibility sheet, but not very clear
