Cisco 6921 not getting the device default load

Hello everyone,

New phone was deployed at one of the site.

Currently Active Load ID: SCCP69xx.9-1-1-0.zz

Device default configuration has Cisco 6921 - SIP69xx.9-4-1-3SR3 for SIP and SCCP

I cannot access the web access on this phone to get to the logs.

Phone registered to CUCM, but did not get the phone load to SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR3.

Factory reset of the phone did not help.

Download status states none. No tftp error of sth.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

No issue with other five phones at the site.

There is no firewall/asa that could block the upgrade of the phone.

Phone connected to unmanaged switch, ip helper is setup on router to deal with dhcp scope for voice option 150.

Thank you.

Regards,

Daniel

Hi,

you device default is SIP69xx.9-4-1-3SR3 for SIP and SCCP. For sccp, it
should be SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR3

All our 6921s use SCCP.
The non-working one was connected to the network and has Active Load ID:
SCCP69xx.9-1-1-0.zz.

Despite having phone load name SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR3. I cannot access web access to view the logs.

Phone was factory reset but still has the same load SCCP69xx.9-1-1-0.zz.

All phones are connected to the same network equipment with same port config. Only this phone is having issues.

Considering that you get the correct network settings, could you check if you can manually set the TFTP server IP address on the phone (to re-assure connectivity with the server)?
