Dear All,
I am facing the problem where my Cisco 6941 phone doesn't know anything on screen after i did the factor reset.
It is just showing Phone Not registered.
"Big Concern is that i cannot press any key on phone after this". Anyone faced this problem in past?
Can you please share your advise on this?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,

Whats your call control CUCM or CME? If you are unable to press any button it's probably bricked. You can try to unplug it from the network and try again if you can see settings etc.
Otherwise if you are still unable to press any button then you will need to replace the faulty phone.

Hi Nitin,
Could you please take a packet capture from the back of the phone after unplugging the cable and plugging back. We need to see which step it is failing during registration.
Here is how you can take a capture:

If the PC port is not enabled on the phone, then you have to capture all the traffic from the switchport it is connected to.
