Cisco 6941 SIP Conference Call not connecting

Hi,

I have configured Cisco 6941 working with SIP Asterisk. 

Everything is working fine for me but only conference is not connecting, whenever i click on conference button it put existing call on hold and allow me to dial to another number, after joining the 2nd number when i press again the conference button it shows can not connect error and can't join conference.

please help me in resolving this issue. current configuration is attached

Cisco 6941 is specifically designed and supported on Cisco Unified Communications Manager Call Control Application. If you are using this phone with 3rd party IP PBX then not all the features/soft-keys are supported. Please check on the Asterisk Support Community for how to setup Asterisk-3-way conference call.
