Cisco 6945 phone not registred on cme 9.1

Hello

I just set up an installation of 4 cisco ip phone with CME 9.1

2 ( 7911 Model )

2 ( 6945 Model )

All the 7911 ip phone was able to upload the firmware and works perfectly

The two others 6945 Ip phone model upload the firmware SCCP6945.9-2-1-0 successfully but can not registred

i read on several forum that this firmware version has a bug !!! can someone confirmthis information to me

What error you're seeing  on Phone status message. 

Have you checked all configurations related to this specific phones  model ? Whey dont you try a different firmware then. ?

the message displayed on phone is " Phone not Registred"

Yes i tried with another firmware SIP6945.9-4-1-3

On some forum i read that the firmware SCCP6945.9-1-1-0 is the one who work perfectly but i can't find it anywhere even on cisco website

Do you have this firmware ??

I have the same problem, Im unable to register any 6945 phones, all show "Phone not Registred". I have tried cmterm-6945-sccp.9-2-1-0 and cmterm-6945-sip.9-2-1-0. both showing the same problem. my router is on Cisco IOS Software, ISR Software (X86_64_LINUX_IOSD-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.5(2)S3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2). @DJAHIDCISCO did you find a solution to your problem ?
