cisco 7800 ip phones and Asterisk

Hello Guys,

I have 30 users with Analog Samsung PBX. We are in stage to order CUCM 10 and now us company open new office where that 30 user should move and new office has no additionl lan ports for FXS, same  we dont want more buy other 3-rd party ip phones. 

Please help me determine, can i use 7841 ip phones with Asterisk or Samsung PBX (SIP) for  temporarily?

They run SIP firmware so you can most likely get them doing basic functionality with any SIP PBX assuming you don't mind getting your hands dirty with config files.  Don't expect too much outside of very basic call functionality though as there's usually incompatibilities with features like hold/transfer/conference.
