Cisco 7811: one way audio on handset

7811 running sip78xx.12-8-1-0001-455

 

I have an issue with one phone that doesn't have two way audio when using the handset.  The speaker phone works on the phone.  It is only when you use the handset.  The user on the other end can't hear you.  I have tried multiple handsets and cords and it seems to be the phone.  The phone doesn't rattle like it has been dropped or anything.  Any suggestions?

 pretty straight forward.......as long as you have ensured you are plugging the handset into the correct port, it is likely a bad phone.
