We are trying to re-flash the boot rom / firmware for 7821 phones without having callback manager.
We need to obtain the XMLDefault.cnf.xml file to adjust the specifics of the version for the 7821 phones that we have.
Is there a way to get this file so that we can flash these phones?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
