We are using Cisco 7821
We have configured multi call waiting option. I can see when calls comes on the phone we can see the number displayed which is waiting for fraction of seconds and only the light will blink after that
Is there any option to keep the number displayed for long duration which is on waitng que so that a user who is using the phone can give a priority to that after looking at that number as if only line blinks user will not understand who is the caller is and canot give priority.
