Cisco 7821 Phone and CUE 8.6 (Messages Button)

Hi Cisco Support Forum,

I hope one of you guys can help, I have configured some 7821 IP phones with CME 10.0 and Unity Express 8.6

I can get the phone to register using the 6921 pool-type. When I press the messages button nothing happens. Is anyone else having the same issue? Am I missing some config from the phone. Any help would be Great.
