So, I’m not super tech oriented, however I am setting up these phones, and for some reason it will not let me connect to my network. When the plug the Ethernet cord into the device, it will power on (POE) but will immediately say network connection failure. I have everything enabled, and don’t know why it is rejecting it. I’ve changed the VLAN to on, changed it to 1 and 0. I even set it as a static IP and it did “connect” as when I looked at the network status it says connected. However I cannot ping it, or access the GUI through the IP I gave it. Very confused, and looking for some help.
These phones are being used with Webex Calling as well. However I don’t see how that could affect anything at least for just getting this thing connected to the internet. I also factory reset it but no luck.
