Cisco 7841 Phone Asking for password and giving X6039 error

Hello, 

I have a Cisco 7841 phone that was asking for a password which I did not set. I tried factory resetting it, but now it is giving me a X6039 error. I tried searching for this error and nothing appeared. Has anyone encountered this before?

Please could you clarify the type of PBX (CUCM, CUCME or else) that you use to have this device working?

Sorry, not sure what you mean by PBX? And the phone is new and it's been like this since I've had it.

I am referring to the Platform that you use to provide telephony services for the Phone, is it for example Cisco Unified Communications Manager or Call Manager Express?

What kind of medium do you use to place calls to the PSTN world? Do you have other similar phones that are operational?
