Did you try assigning a DN to the SIP phone to register?

Is it configured via DHCP or DNS

Also please provide the CUCM version deatils.

Regards,

Anoop

I tried that   also Its configured via DHCP

CUCM Version    10.0.1.10000-24

CME Version  Version 15.4(3)M4,

Hi Abbas,

Were you able to add the phones in CUCM without the help of a device pack or firmware?

If you have already added the device pack earlier, did you upload it in all of your nodes and rebooted them?

If so please check if the IP Phone pulls up Ip address from the correct Vlan.

Also try disabling the DHCP in one of the phone and then manually assign all the IP parameters, such as the IP address, TFTP, DNS, subnet mask, etc. If the IP phone registers fine, the issue is with the DHCP server. You need to check the DHCP server configuration in order to resolve this issue.

Also have the check on your licenses, even you can try a factory reset of a single phone and check

Anoop

HI Anoop phone pulls up Ip address from the correct Vlan no issue

also i did static ip and dns tftp everything ok

we have enogh license   also i did factory reset but issue the same

XML error ( 4 ) parse error.  this message showing on the display

It appears a case of Bug to me, please do search in Cisco Bug Search Tool, also try to raise a TAC and check if it's related.

Also try uploading the latest firmware release from cisco then try to re-register the phone.

Anoop

Thank you Anoop
