Cisco 7911 Phone not showing placed calls, missed calls

Hi

I m using CUCM 7 and configured several ip phones, one of my phone 7911 is not showing placed calls, missed calls, recevied calls history, while other phones on same network with same cucm server are displaying it. what could be the problem?
