Cisco 7912 Doesn't Start Up

Hi,

We have about 30 Cisco 7912s that we're going through and trying to troubleshoot. When you power them on it just sits with the Globe and Circular Button lit up the two LED lights next to the up and down keys. Nothing displays on the screens, any idea what could cause this?
