Hello,
We are faced to a problem with CUCM 11.0, we have Cisco 7915 expansion module connected to Cisco 7962G ip phone, once we select a SD to call the expansion module restarts and the call is dropped
is there any solution to fixe this problem ?

Hi Tazi,
below are couple of BUGs opened for similar issue, check that the firmware you are running is not impacted.

Default fw of 79xx phones is 9.4.2sr1 on UCM 11.x which has several defects with expansion modules as described by JB.
you can contact TAC to receive latest ES for 79xx phones or downgrade to 9.3(1)sr4.
if you are using esp-tls I can highly recommend you latest 9.4.2 ES since SR2 is not available so far.
