Cisco 7921 placed call list

Dear All,

I have a strange case that in three Wireless phones Cisco 7921 which registered on CUCM 4.3sr1b, the problem is when I make a call from this IP phone , all the placed calls history be the last dialed number (i.e. all placed numbers be the same number).,the running firmware is (CP7921G-1.2.1 ).

Is there any advice for this issue rather than upgrade the firmware?

Hi Ahmed,

Sadly the only fix for this Bug is a Firmware ugrade

The bug is fixed in code 1.3(2) and higher for the 7921.
