I noticed my cisco 7937 Conference IP phones cannot call numbers in translation pattern and hunt pilot. Example: 86 is translated to 4000. I simulated using a 7945 IP phone with the same extention number, CSS, device pool and partition, it worked on the 7945 but never worked on the 7937 conference phones, all of them.
What could be the problem because it affects only all the 7937 conference phones on my network.
Yes I did. such that I used the same CSS and extension details on a 7945 phone and it worked perfectly, only on the 7937 conference phones that it doesn't work.
If the phone and the hunt list are not registered to the same server, try registering them to the same server and give it a try, you might have SDL problems.
