Hi,
I have a Cisco 7942 phone which is not booting.
After connecting the PoE network cable to the phone these buttons are on
- mailbox (at the handset), both line buttons, headset, mute, speaker
Then all these buttons goes off and only the speaker LED is on and in the display nothing is displayed.
I already tried to make a factory reset which is not working.
What can I do to make this Cisco 7942 working again?

Hi Rudolf,
so you also don`t have any solution for this problem correct?
Or did you get any other suggestions from your frient working at Cisco?

Hello Michael,
My friend also suggest me to perform RMA with Cisco because he has same exprience before with 20+ new phone in problem. But in my case, because my phones were expired maintenance, I've no way to apply RMA.
BTW, I'm going to build up a CME for try another call manager for last chance. Will update you the result here and see if I'm luck.
Best regards,
Rudolf
