Phones that have beeen registered and functioning correctly, now are not letting data traffic to PC through PC port. Settings on phones show PC port as enabled and Full 1000. what could be causing this?

I don't have the bug ID, but I ran into similar issue few months back with switch IOS bug, might want to look it up and upgrade your IOS.
