Hi,
In our office there are some Cisco 7960/7940G IP phones . Please let me know
1.How I can find current Firmware version?
2.How to upgrade the Firmware?
3.How to change extension number and user names?

No contract.
We are using Utility Express Administration V8.6.4 and CISCO UNIFIED COMMUNICATION MANAGER EXPRESS (CME) SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION 1998-2007
I want to find out the current version and later need to upgrade. But through the interface I can't find both option.
Please let me know how I can find these options through these utility administration or call manager

Hi pradeep01111,
Boot up your phone
After this go to Settings and check on Firmware versions
Under application Load ID would be your firmware version.
