Cisco 7960G and 7970 G SIP Phones connection to Astrisk
I currently am trying to troublesjoot a problem where I have 4 7960G SIp Phones and one 7970G phone connected to an Astrisk system . The phone can make calls out but will not receive calls inbound. Any ideas on what can be wrong? I have used GrandStream, Yw600, and Linksys phone on the same ports with no problems. Thank You for the help.
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
