Hello friends. I need help. I bought a cisco 7961 g. I have a problem, I need special adapter for power over ethernet ( Poe ), but I want to know if this adapter has to operate with 48 Volt or whether on the contrary, any adapter Poe standard is valid. Thanks

Hi Pedro,

The 7940G/7941G and 7960G/7961G are class 2 devices that require(7.7 watts). You should use the Cisco Power Cube :)

The Cisco Unified IP Phone 7961G and 7941G use the CP-PWR-CUBE-3 only.
