Cisco 7970G Phone not turn on the display after try to update

Dear Cisco Support Community,

I have problem with one Cisco 7970G VOIP Phone. I was reset it (press #, power on and then the orange line leds blink to down I enter the 123456789*0#). The Phone was in the Updating mode. I switch it of from the power cord and 30 Minute later I connect it again and the display can not power on - all other work led blink as before but the display not switch on. I do not know where is the problem and not I can not upload the new firmware.

P.S. I also add and the other code for the HARD Reset 3491672850*# but without successs.

Can you leave the phone powered up?  This process can take up to 45 minutes.

How are you powering up the phone?  Power brick?  PoE?  Injector?

- I power up the phone fron the power cord on the power supply adater 48V 0,38A.

 

P.S. I also add and the other code for the HARD Reset 3491672850*# but without successs.

Can you leave the phone powered up?  This process can take up to 45 minutes.
