We just started using new Cisco 8821 phones and I am already seeing design flaw with steel plate at the bottom of the phone (where charging cable plugs in). It almost looks like they have glued this plate and on 4 phones, it popped out. Luckily, they are still under warranty so I got them replaced.
Just passing this message and hoping it would get to someone in Cisco design/support team.
