Dear Gents,
Often phone is getting hanged , we are using CUCM 11.x all the phone firmware are up to date. Wondering what could be the issue?

Hi Siva,
Did the issue start after any firmware or cucm version upgrade? Was any change made on the switch to which the phones are connected? You can provide the exact cucm version and firmware version on these IP phones to check for any known bugs. Also, how frequent is the issue and how do you fix it?

The issue users facing when a incoming calls arrives to the IP Phones unable to answer it. it got ganged multiple needs to press the answer key.
CUCM VERSION: 11.5.1.10000-6
FIRMWARE VERSION : CISCO 8841 :- SIP88xx-11-5-1-18 Cisco 8851:- SIP88xx-11-5-1-18

Apart from verifying the following bug i would suggest engaging TAC to investigate further or maybe publish the latest firmware ES to see if that helps
