Dear All ,
My customer is replacing the call center IP phones from 7961 SCCP to 8841 SIP , after he changed two agents the recording server Speechlog application , any suggestion? Is it due to change the phone protocol ? .

On the 8841, try to change the "Advertise G.722 and iSAC Codecs" do disabled and see if that works.

Have same problem. Before 8841 was 7841.
We use QM as recording server.
I tried change the "Advertise G.722 and iSAC Codecs" -- not helped.
If you resolved this problem, please advice.
