Cisco 8841 phone showing "circle with line through it" in top-right corner

This looks to me DND sign ,which displays in new 11.0 version of firmware if it is enabled.thanks

User Interface Enhancements

Users can now see the Do Not Disturb(DND) icon displayed in the top line of the phone screen when DND is enabled. Users may also notice a larger displayed font size and an improved line label display.

The administrator does not need to enable these improvements. These features are supported on the following phones:

    Cisco IP Phone 8811

    Cisco IP Phone 8841

    Cisco IP Phone 8845

    Cisco IP Phone 8851

    Cisco IP Phone 8851NR

    Cisco IP Phone 8861

    Cisco IP Phone 8865

Turns out the user's Extension Mobility profile had DND enabled.  Oddly because the profile does not have DND softkey or button configured.  I have no idea why this happened.  Thanks!!!

Thanks you guys.  I confirmed that the user does not have DND softkey or button.  And in CM, the DND box is not checked for the phone.    I will do some tests with it soon and report back.
