Hello,
I have an odd issue where the Cisco 8841 phones in our environment are showing the Called ID twice on the display . They show Incoming call on DN xyz and also show For xyz on the same phone. We need to display the called ID somewhere on the phone. I have attached a picture, has anyone seen this issue? The devices in question are Cisco 8841 phones running software "sip88xx.12-7-1-0001-393"
Any ideas?

Are you using Extensions mobility ? Where you have same number for both logout and login ?
Calls with For is a forwarded call.

Thanks for the reply. These phones are not enrolled in extension mobility. Additionally there is no forward on any of these number attached to the phone. They simply trunk into our network and ring the phone. This happens for all calls, internal and external to all 8841 phones in our network. We also still have a large amount of 79xx phones that do not display this type of behavior so it appears the issue is directly related to the phone.
