Hi Everyone,
Good Day. I would like to seek your assistance, I have an issue on video of Cisco 8841 here the scenario, when I call on my remote site the video are working however when I call my another remote site I see only a Black screen no video but there is an audio. What is the possible cause of this? or May I know what configuration on the CUCM or IP Phone can I modify to resolve the issue?

Check bandwidth defined on region in cucm and it's mapping with another region (8841 phone' location) for remote site, just verify these settings are same as between 8841 phone' location and remote site 1 (where video is working).
Hoping bandwidth is enough on WAN to carry video.

Thank you for the reply. Do I need to change the "Maximum Session Bit Rate for Video calls" in Region configuration ? If yes what recommended value can I use lower than 384 kbps.

You can use lower but then video quality will be not good, and 384 kbps is also a default value so you should keep it or increase it to 512 kbpsb or more if it is being used for video conferencing system like dx80 or higher end devices.
