I have a Cisco 8845 phone that has SIP894x.9-4-2SR2-2 firm ware on it. everything works fine except it does not show missed/received/dialed calls. I downloaded the file cmterm-8845_65-sip.12-1-1SR1-4.k3.cop.sgn and uploaded it to call manager OS. does anyone know if I should go first to version 10 and 11 before going to 12, or is it safe to jump to 12.1.1 ?

The release notes below do not indicate any requirement to go to 10/11 first. Upgrade to 12 should work.

On the phone, go to Settings > Accessibility > Voice Feedback and turn the feature off.
