Hello,
My current firmware is sip88xx.10-4-1OD-164-3PCC and I was looking to download the latest 3PCC firmware.
I found this page 8851 SIP Software and came across "8811/8841/8851/8861 SIP IP Phone Firmware for 3rd Party Call Control cp-88xx.11-0-1MSR1-1_REL.zip".
Because the firmware doesn't have 3PCC and it says "Multiplatform phone" I wasn't sure if this is the same as 3PCC because I DON'T want to be locked into enterprise version of the firmware.
1) Is the cp-88xx.11-0-1MSR1-1_REL.zip the latest firmware for the 8851 IP phone?
2) If it is the correct version, can I upgrade directly to cp-88xx.11-0-1MSR1-1_REL.zip or do I have to download another version first?
3) Why does my firmware version start with sip-88xx and the others start with cp-88xx?
