Cisco 8851 Display

On our 8851's when a user dials out with a 10-digit number it displays USER 955555555(actual number) instead of displaying the users actual Name. so instead of Joe Doe 95555555 it says "USER". I've changed the display name, and for forwarding information I have caller name and caller number checked. Has anyone else come across this issue?

Display Name only appears once the call connects. Alerting Name is shown while the call rings.

Assuming that isn’t the issue, is the called party another CUCM DN or is this an off-net call to the PSTN or another system?

If a DN, have you confirmed in Dialed Number Analyzer that the call isn’t matching a Route Pattern and accidentally routing off-net?
