A customer of ours is reporting that all their Cisco 8861 Phones with the CP-8800-Audio-28-KEM module are acting strangely. The KEM modules are constantly rebooting, a daily act almost.
The Cisco Call Manager is version 11.5.1.12900-21 with latest Device Pack to include the KEM module
The customer has tried replacing the phones, the KEM modules, the power supplies, the link between the KEMs and the Phones, is there any way to troubleshoot why these KEM modules would be rebooting? It's happening to 3 phones at 3 different sites. I've also tried rebooting the Call Managers (both pub and subscriber)
