Hi all,
The Cisco 8865 phones are connected to the same MDF as the Pub, no WAN links involved. The issue is intermittent, and typically happens when the duration is longer than 10 minutes, but yesterday a conference call of 120 minutes completed successfully.
Anyone else seen this issue?

Hi Nick,
Does it happen for each 8865 phone,you can check the phone logs either via wireshark or phone webpage logs/CCM traces etc to find out if phone is network connectivity issue and trying to fallback .

There are only about 10 of these phones on-site, and probably 2 users that utilize the Conference calling feature.
The 1 user has reported it numerous times, while the other said it has happened once. The web interface logs look good to me. The
What's interesting is they are typically on a WebEx, and their PC never loses connection, they only drop out of the conference call.

We just deployed 4 8865's and in our last conference call, only one received the Preservation Mode. Anyone heard anything in the last few months?
