Cisco 8865 Model IP phones video calls and audio calls not working. After disabling the video capability I can make an audio calls. But we need to enable video call also.

is there a firewall in between ? if yes check SIP inspection.

Hi
There is palo alto firewall. but we enabled policy in between these subnets application any to any. Still we need to disable SIP ALG ?

Can you illustrate more ? cisco IP phone 8865 make video call to where ? is it registered to CUCM ? did you register it by using phone type " 8865" or you don't have device package for it and you register it by using Third party SIP device
