How can I update ITL trust list on remote phone aka ssl vpn phone, without having them back into the office?

Have the remote user delete the current ITL file from the phone (Admin > Reset Settings > Security).

I did that but its not pulling new ITL file. I am getting error below. 172.27.47.40 is old tftp server and is not what is set in alternate tftp, is this tftp hardcoded somewhere else in config?

Is the phone receiving TFTP via DHCP option 150 locally? Could try to factory reset the phone and reenter the alternate TFTP.
