Hope you are calling between video phones.
Check if video enabled on CUCM phone page.
if enabled
If your system administrator enables video on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager, you can enable your phone to send video.
Step 1 | Press Applications
. |
Step 2 | Use the Navigation pad and Select button to select Preferences. |
Step 3 | Select Camera. |
Step 4 | Select Video and press Edit. |
Step 5 | Select On or Off. |

Thanks for your suggestion. Now, I can make a call between cisco phone. But I have a other brand phone that is Yealink SIP-T58A phone. And I make a video call from Cisco 8945 to Yealink phone. But if failed. I want to export the pcap file to do further analysis. But I don't know how to export, could you give me some advice? Many thanks.
