I have a customer who is wanting to deploy the 9800 series phones but they will be in patient areas. The 9800 has an arc light across the middle of the phone that flashes/breathes when the phone in in off hours/asleep mode. I have not been able to determine if there is any way to disable this LED. Anyone else experienced this or know if this is possible. See attached video for reference.
