Cisco 9971 DTMF Issue

Hi Guys,

 

Customer is having one Conference Number. To join this conference we need to dia this number, we get IVR - Please enter the PIN follows by #.

 

on cisco 9971 phones IVR gets repeated even after entering PIN#. Like phone is not recognising DTMF

 

This is happening only with 9971 Phones. Tried by upgrading phone firmware but no luck.

Is this CME or CUCM deployment. ? Are you forcing DTMF correctly. ?

It is CUCM 11.5.

 

How can i check your second point.

How the call is connected to conference? Is it thought PRI or SIP ?

you can use show call act voice | i dtmf command to see what is the used
DTMF.
