Hi all,
user is able to make calls.
bit phones shows worng time.
It is single user only.
checked CM gui it shows phone is registered to CM.

Does the phone have correct date/time group assigned to the device pool that is used by the phone?
Is the time on the server synchronized with NTP?
How much is the time off by?

We had this issue once when option 150 wasnt setup correctly in the dhcp scope. The phones we had were previously registered to our cucm cluster so they new where to go to register but would not pull in the correct time until we corrected the option 150.

Hi all.
Thanks for reply.
I checked the switch port it was not in voice vlan even though phone was making calls.
As i put the phone in voice vlan and did reset .
that fixes the issue.
Anyidea how phone was working without voice vlan configured?

The might have the old configuration downloaded from when it had access to TFTP server via DHCP scope, once it lost the access it reverted to old working config, but no new configuration would take affect.
