wireless access point: Verizon mifi4620LE Jetpack
case1:
Verizon jetpack set to use WEP128bit for security.
Cisco 9971 phone with wireless enabled and SSID entered, then went into Security mode (7) -> Open with Wep (2) ->Edit -> Static WEP Key1 (3) -> change key length from 40 to 128 and enter the wifi password. (We configured the TFTP server 1 and Server2, etc on the phone also.)
Apply and the cisco 9971 was able to dial to the outside world.
case2:
Verizon jetpack set to use WPA2 Personal/PSK (AES)
Cisco 9971 phone with wireless enabled and SSID enter, then went into security mode (7) -> selected EAP-FAST -> Edit ->
Now here is the problem, it is asking for USER ID and password instead of just password.
What is the User ID, there is nothing like that to setup on the Verizon Jetpack. I tried with Admin / admin / SSID as user ID, nothing works, anyone have experience with successfully configuring Cisco 9971 wireless using LEAP/EAP-FAST with a Verizon mifi4620LE Jetpack or similar device?
We know the Verizon jetpack works because we had a laptop configured to both security mode and was able to access the internet using either method.
