Dear all
I have faced an issue with Cisco ATA 187; the incoming calls are not working, but the outgoing calls are working.
I tried to reset it, but nothing changed.
Can you please support me on how I can fix it?

Incoming calls from outside or both internal and external ? Can you explain a little more about your setup. have you tried running Dialed Number analysis to this ATA. Resetting the ATA is not the solution, most probably this is due to configurations. Check the partition of ATA if this is a CUCM deployment.

Simply this is my network and the ATA for FAX is working inbound and outbound, my issue with inbound calls
now I take the analog cable from my CME to an analog phone to test it and still no incoming calls
