Cisco ATA + analogue phone with voicemail?

Hi all,

First of all, apologies if I picked the wrong section.

What I am wondering if the following is possible, if so do we have any guides?

I need to configure voicemail (Unity) on an analogue telephone that's being looped through a Cisco ATA 190.The user would dial into their voicemail so I've not got any issues with that but just how to actually setup the VM on the ATA. Would it be as simple as fording the call on busy no anser, no coverage, no answer etc and point it to my voicemail DN?

I've searched the internet and it seems possible but I am confused with how to carry this out and can't seem to find any documentation on how to do this.

Hello Thomas,

If you already have an directory number associated with the port and is able to do calls, you only need to set the "Voice Mail Profile" under the directory number configuration.
