We have run into an issue on a Cisco ATA190 where the call won't disconnect for an elevator call. The vendor is requesting an open loop disconnect signal, but the only thing I can see on the ATA's are timers for onhook and offhook detection. We have two lines on the ATA and I've adjust both onhook timers from 250ms to 50ms. When the caller hangs up it goes to fast busy and doesn't drop the call @ the elevator equipment end. Any idea on how to solve?
